I’d always been keen to do yoga, being aware of the benefits, but didn’t enjoy it in a group setting at the gym. I ended up very sore and with injuries because the pace was too fast and I didn’t understand how to do a lot of the poses properly. So, I stopped doing it and decided yoga wasn’t for me. Having 1-2-1s and group yoga sessions with Marc has really helped me to enjoy yoga and realise the well-being benefits. Marc’s mid week yoga session was just what I needed to break up my home working day. A 60 minute session gently stretching, breathing and relaxing has made a real difference and is now part of my weekly routine. Marc is a very professional yoga teacher who has spent a lot of time studying and practicing yoga. He gives very clear instructions during the classes.
