How does the 10-day Kickstart programme work?
Each day at 8:00 am you'll receive an email with a short video to watch and some tasks to complete.
Once completed you to post "Done" in the MEMBERS only Facebook group. I check your progress as you step through the programme.
NOTE: I focus on people committed to the challenge ;-) If you don't report "Done" for 3 days in a row you’ll be removed and invited to join the next challenge.
If you have questions add them to the Welcome and Questions post. I check the group regularly and aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours
